Matt Biagini* (Anonymous)

Matt Biagini is an actor, educator, and NYC native. He is always delighted to be a part of Robin's wild play-worlds, and is thrilled to work with Kenny again after having appeared together onstage in 2022. Matt's favorite roles include The Duke (Vincentio) in Measure for Measure, Alceste in The Misanthrope, the dual roles of Gary Gerber/David Gerber in Stephen Kaplan's Exquisite Potential (NY premiere), the Chief Weasel in The Enlightenment of Mr. Mole (adapted and directed by B.H. Barry, Sheen Center), Daniel in Michael Mitnick's Learning Russian (NY premiere), Jaques in As You Like It (Yale Summer Cabaret Shakespeare), and the roles of Monty/Bill in a workshop of an ASL/English adaptation of Cyrano (New York Theatre Workshop/Deaf West). Matt is a graduate of Brown University and the Yale School of Drama. He resides in Manhattan with his wonderful wife as well as a sweet and wily cat.

John Fico has performed two solo plays by Monica Bauer, DEMOCRACY SUCKS ( NJ Rep) and the critically praised MADE FOR EACH OTHER, both directed by John D. FitzGibbon. He has been performing MADE FOR EACH OTHER in various theaters and festivals — from Tucson’s Invisible Theatre to NYC’s Stage Left Theatre, Planet Connections Theatre Festivity, and Central Park presented by SpinCycleNYC to The Edinburgh Fringe since 2010. Notable NYC stage credits include the world premiere of A. R. Gurney’s SCREEN PLAY (Flea Theater), IRON CURTAIN, THE MUSICAL (Prospect Theatre), and THE MOST RIDICULOUS THING YOU EVER HOID (2010 NYMF). TV: INVENTING ANNA, LAW & ORDER, THE BLACKLIST.

Amy Lee has a soft spot for original works, having appeared in original stage productions of Mac Rogers’ THE HONEYCOMB TRILOGY, Johnna Adams’ LICKSPITTLES, BUTTONHOLERS, AND DAMNED PERNICIOUS GO-BETWEENS, Ross Howard’s PICTURE OURSELVES IN LATVIA, Dan Kitrosser’s DEAD SPECIAL CRABS, Crystal Skillman’s & Fred Van Lente’s KING KIRBY, Jan Rosenberg’s WHAT’S WRONG WITH YOU, and workshopped MY DAUGHTER KEEPS OUR HAMMER with Brian Watkins in a basement on St. Mark’s. Alyssa Simon has performed Off and Off-Off Broadway with Untitled Theatre Co. #61, Metropolitan Playhouse and The Brick Theater, among many other companies. She is also the voice of Lt. Frall in the chart-topping sci-fi comedy podcast Life With Althaar. In August, she’ll be at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival as Alice Toklas in the NYT Critics Pick, The Marriage of Alice B. Toklas by Gertrude Stein, written and directed by Edward Einhorn.

Recent stage credits include THE BOWL with New Ambassadors Theatre, THE GREAT BLUFFER, THE VILLAGE BEAUTIFUL (staged reading) and LEDA’S CHILDREN (staged reading) with The New Perspectives Theatre Co. She is the proud co-founder of Blue Plumbago Productions, and an award winning filmmaker, including recently WINNER at The Manhattan Film Festival 2024. She is a theatre graduate of The Catholic University of America.

Readings include: Top Load at Gym at Judson and Soho Rep., Lust and Lies for 29th Street Playwrights at the Bernie Wohl, and Four Old Broads at The Cherry Lane. Kenny is also a proud member of Actor’s Equity and has trod the boards regionally from Maine to California as well as Off Broadway here in NYC.

ROBIN RICE is a New York City playwright with over 100 works for the stage (including 28 full-length plays). Her plays have been produced world-wide from Off-Broadway to London, Mongolia to Australia. Justin Dodd is a multidisciplinary and mixed-media artist who previously did the production design for Robin Rice’s Everyday Edna Mae at the Planet Connections Theatre Festival.  He also did the projection, lighting, and set design for Playhouse Creatures Theatre’s Fresh Meat New Plays Festival at the Drilling Co. Justin also created all of the sets for Playhouse Creatures youth theatre summer program for six seasons. He also enjoys building furniture, making new t-shirt prints, and hanging out with his six rescue cats.  BA, University of Virginia. MFA, Columbia University.

Lauren started stage managing in 2004 and never looked back. Adventures in stage managing have taken her to Chicago Fringe, Elgin Fringe, Minnesota Fringe, Tampa Fringe, Edinburgh Fringe and the Lone Star Ballroom in Dallas, Texas. NYC credits include The Senator Speaks, Ben Minus Zoe Minus Ben, Bill Finger: Rise of the Bat, Ditko and hopefully another production with Daydream Theatre Company in October.
